This is my first experience blogging so please welcome me with kindness.  Today is the first day of a brand new year.  I'll spend today relaxing and baking 1 cake.  Client request 1 half sheet cake with pink frosting & 6 purple flowers.  Turned out really pretty.  

My goals for 2010 are pretty simple.  Continue with expanding Evolutionz.
